What We Service Provide

At OT 4 Life Skills we work with you and your support team. We help you to improve your mental health and wellbeing through individualised assessment and therapy programs.

We spend time getting to know you, your goals and your aspirations and then Identify and tackle what gets in the way of a life worth living. This may involve completing an assessment to find out what you can do now and what will be a challenge to your independence. We will also complete any necessary reports for NDIS.
